Labels are use instructions, not decoration
A disinfectant label tells you whether to dilute the product, which surfaces or uses it covers, and how long the treated surface must remain wet. Follow product-specific directions rather than assuming every brand needs ten minutes or that higher concentration is always better. An EPA registration number identifies the registered product, but it does not make every use of that product appropriate.
A wet-surface decision
A worker sprays the disinfectant and the surface dries before the labeled contact time is complete. The required conditions may not have been met; consult and follow the specific label to maintain the required wet exposure. Appearance alone does not establish the disinfection result. Do not shorten the process just because another client is waiting.
